Not only was the work efficient and done well, but we did NOT even need to cut open our drywall in our finished basement, even though we were told by other companies we would have to in order to get a French drain installed. They were fast, efficient and our basement was left much cleaner than we expected given the work that needed to be done. You can barely tell that any work was done when they finished, and they made the whole experience very easy and straightforward. In addition, the customer service was unparalleled. Diego provided quick responses and explained how and why certain work was going to be done in a clear manner. We also had a new born baby at the time the work was to be completed. Diego's team worked an extra long day so that all of the jackhammering would be done, just so we would not be inconvenienced with a second day of noise. Their team installed a drainage system (without having to cut up the drywall), new dual sump pump, dehumidifier, and removed/sealed off our old sump pump. When I met Diego i had already received a quote. From the moment I met him I could just tell he and his people really care about the work they do. I picked All Pro even though the quote was a little higher they offered more. The communication from the quote until the last day was amazing. He kept me informed and told when each new step was going to happen. He sends pictures every night and explains what happened that day and what was going to take place the next day. Diego was methodical in his approach , explained the work he would do and the cost. He is also clear on the nice to have vs need to have. His team was very professional, on all aspects of the project, I got updates routinely on the ongoing work. All work was done with high quality materials and came out quite nicely. I also liked Diego’s flexibility. We had some days when work couldn’t be done at the house and he was very understanding and respectful. Although I read through the customer reviews every time I am searching for a service or an item, this is the first time I am writing one! If you are reading through the All Pro Basement reviews, believe everything you read. I just had my basement waterproofed (the sump pump and humidifier are strategically hidden in a closet) and renovated (they were the only place I could find that did both), and I could not be happier with the results. From the first meeting with Diego (an estimate was sent immediately following our meeting) until the final walkthrough, Diego was professional and trustworthy. He communicated progress (often with photos) as well as any issues that were encountered. He was always available to answer my questions. Options were explained, and there was never pressure to go with the more expensive one. The whole process went so smoothly thanks to Diego and his exceptional crew. Every person from the installers of the sump pump and drain (inside and outside), the plumbers, electricians, drywall installers, painters, and cleaners were all hardworking and professional.
